The Repair Process
1. Disassembly of the damaged areas of your vehicle and ordering of replacement parts.
2. Body repairs begin. It is not uncommon to identify more damage during the repair process that may require additional parts and labor which were not included on the original estimate. If any additional damage is identified, we will call you with an updated delivery date.
3. Paint process begins.
4. After painting is complete, your vehicle is reassembled.
5. Specialty mechanical or electrical work will be completed if necessary. Examples include: suspension alignment, air bag service, re-setting of electrical components, etc.
6. Quality control process. A thorough inspection of all repairs will be completed and your vehicle washed and scheduled for delivery. The body shop will call you with a delivery date.
7. Customer inspection and "on the road again."
We are experienced at quickly and accurately repairing your vehicle.
